GivePulse Success Management Intern

GivePulse is the platform for collective impact. 

Responsibilities:

This is an exciting position that will allow the qualified candidate to expand their knowledge of multiple sectors, work in a social entrepreneurship, and learn/apply multiple skills in account management, SaaS support, training, and change management. This is a remote position. This position has the potential to grow into a full-time position. 

Duties will be tailored to intern's interest/area of study, but typical duties of the success management intern include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide the very best customer support via email, chat and phone, and also 
  • Find creative solutions to customer requests 
  • Go above -and -beyond to make customers love their GivePulse experience
  • Communicate ways to the product development team to improve the customer experience to the product development team and recommend product improvements based on your daily interactions with customers and technology trends
  • Support the development of training materials that could include support articles, videos and other instructional materials.

  • Demonstrate passion for volunteering and community engagement issues

Education:

Ideal candidate is a recent graduate (graduated within the past year) or an undergraduate/graduate student in business, communications, social science, public relations, marketing or related fields. Interest or experience in information technology, computer science, engineering, technical support and customer relations are a plus. And previous experience with the GivePulse platform is a major plus! Time Commitment: 20-30 hours weekly. Hours and work dates are flexible and may be set according to an intern’s class/work schedule. Hours may include some night and weekend events. This is a paid internship with a range of $14-$16 per hour depending on qualifications.

GivePulse is the community engagement platform bringing together individuals, businesses, social impact organizations, institutions of higher ed and their cities to volunteer, collaborate, research and fundraise for initiatives that address the wicked challenges of the community. To do this, we provide the foundational tools to streamline volunteer recruitment, scheduling and communication, abilities to convert volunteers to be donors, services to activate, engage and cultivate affinity groups, databases for administrators to report on their partnerships and impact and much much more.
