AAC&U recently surveyed over 1,000 executives and hiring managers on their views of the impact a college education makes on students entering the workforce and how community engagement and service-learning experiences play into career readiness where 7 out of 10 employers said that they would be much more likely to hire someone who was involved in an internship, work-study, o leadership position in college.
