Are you able to import or migrate data?
Yes. We offer a few ways for you to import your own data. In the case the data is complex and includes different schemas, our premium plans allow our team to work with you to migrate that data over seamlessly.
Do you offer Whitelabeling?

Can I subscribe annually?
Yes. This will help save billing and processing time. If our partnership with you requires integration, in all instances it will require an annual subscription or more. For 501c(3) nonprofits, if needed, we can identify some form of discount. Either way, you can make one-time payments to cover one year or more. Tell us how to make it easy for you to help us encourage volunteerism and giving.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Purchase Orders, and Checks.
What is defined as a Nonprofit?
Nonprofits are organizations that are official and current 501c(3)'s. We currently only offer discounted pricing for 501c(3)'s Non-For-Profit organizations.
What type of support does GivePulse offer?

Are you able to export data?
Yes. All data may be exported in our premium plans. Those with the premium plans are able to use our advanced reporting engine. In an effort to streamline your management of members and volunteers, we exposed a way for you to leverage our messaging platform without the need to export and merge contact information into different databases. Do I need a credit card to sign up for the Basic account?
No. A credit card isn't required to create a Basic account. Basic accounts do have limited features, and organizations may be asked to verify their information as they grow their use of GivePulse. If you have questions about what's included or how to upgrade, contact us.
Do I need to choose a plan now?
There are 7-day trials and free services. As your needs increase, you may select the package that best fits your needs. Feel free to contact us.
Do you offer Domain Masking and SSL Cert management?

Do chapters, departments, or subgroups in a network have to pay?
In each GivePulse subscription, there is a specified number of subgroups that can be used for chapters and departments. Additional subgroups can be added to your plan à la carte. Interested in scaling your usage? Set up a call with our team.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. All plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel or downgrade at any time. If you cancel, you'll only be charged for the current billing period. Note: Partnerships that require integrations and premium functionality require annual subscriptions. You can learn more about our refund policy here.
Are there add-on features available with a subscription?
