  • Are you able to import or migrate data?

    Yes, our team will work with you to migrate existing data sets and/or support data imports. 

  • Do you offer White-Labeling/Rebranding?

    Yes, at the department, platinum and enterprise levels you can white-label the site to meet your branding specifications.

  • Are you able to export data?

    All data is able to be exported.

  • Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

    Yes, our education accounts require a service level agreement be in place to govern our business relationship.

  • Do chapters, departments or subgroups in a network have to pay?

    There is a certain number of subgroups, chapters, and departments included by default in the platinum. Contact us to define a scalable cost when your subgroups grow or decrease.

  • Are there add-on features available with a subscription?

    We offer add-on features to your institution at an additional cost. Add-on features can be added to any of our subscription models. Learn more about our add-on features here

  • Is GivePulse accessible?

    Yes, we work to ensure W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 Levels A and AA and the Web Accessibility Initiative Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite (WAI-ARIA) 1.0 for web content are adhered to throughout our platform. You can learn how we do this here.
  • Does GivePulse offer Single-Sign On?

    Yes, we support a broad range of single-sign methods. Our team is happy to provide additional details upon request.
  • How long does campus onboarding take?

    This can vary depending on the scale of implementation, but generally, most institutions complete the onboarding process within 8-10 weeks.
  • Do you support multiple languages?

    Yes, the platform is currently available in English, Spanish and French.
